Consultation & Discussion
Your preferences, your ideas, your lifestyle—

your budget, or even the kind of land you imagine.
There are no rules here. Please feel free to share anything that comes to mind.
We genuinely enjoy the creative process, so we encourage you to talk openly about your dreams and wishes—no need to hold back.
From each conversation, we carefully weave together a concept that is uniquely yours.

Design Proposal
Based on what we learn about what you value and what inspires you,
our architects and planners thoughtfully develop your first design proposal.
This is your initial concept plan—created exclusively for you.
Drawing from our experience, we also incorporate practical ideas and proven details that enhance comfort and quality of life—things our past clients have truly appreciated.
You may find yourself thinking:
“This window placement feels just right.”
“This layout will be so easy to live with.”
We hope that when you see the drawings, you’ll begin to picture life unfolding naturally within the space.
To ensure clear communication and accurate records, we use a dedicated application for all project-related exchanges.

Contract Agreement
Choosing Tsuchiya Construction as your building partner is formalized through the contract stage.
From this point forward, we take on even greater responsibility and commitment toward your home, approaching each detail with care and dedication.
That said, there is no need to think of this step as rigid or intimidating.
What matters most is the shared intention to enjoy the process of building a home together.
Should you ever feel uncertain or have questions along the way, we are always here to talk things through.
This is where our close, collaborative journey truly begins.
Construction
6–8 months
STEP
01
Construction Begins
Once the design is finalized and all necessary approvals are complete, construction begins.
We start with a traditional ground-breaking ceremony to purify the land and wish for safety throughout the build.
After that, a commencement ceremony allows you to meet the craftsmen involved in your home—a meaningful moment that brings the project closer to you.
Then, construction officially starts.
From here, your future home gradually takes shape before your eyes.
You are always welcome at the site.
Some owners visit often, others prefer to come at key milestones—both are perfectly fine.
Please enjoy the process in a way that suits your lifestyle.
STEP
02
Completion & Handover
Your home is complete.
We hand over the keys, along with warranties and important documents, and officially pass the home into your care.
This moment also marks the beginning of our long-term relationship.
Through aftercare visits and ongoing support, we remain close by whenever you need us.
If anything comes up, please don’t hesitate to reach out—even if it’s just to say hello.
Our hope is that, 10 or 20 years from now, this home will still be a place where you feel glad you chose to build.

Once a year, we host an appreciation event for our homeowners, with food, drinks, and activities—our way of saying thank you.
In addition, we visit twice a year to check in and ensure everything is comfortable and functioning well.
